- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Website is an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s). An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/SMS from us and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or non-serviceability of the delivery address, in which case a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Payments
All payments on the Website are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net-banking, and wallets, as made available through Razorpay’s checkout. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of use in addition to these Terms. Jagmoar does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
