1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our courier/logistics partners. Serviceability for a specific pin code can be checked at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and payment realisation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities/towns: typically 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or difficult-to-serve locations may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Free delivery is currently offered on orders above ₹499. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Our courier partners typically make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the product will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
7. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, you may refuse delivery or accept it and report the issue to us within 48 hours with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
